One of the latest releases from Whiplash is a whopping 6.8% IPA brewed with Rye, Azacca, Galaxy, and Motueka hops. There is a musical influence for the name, which is inspired by the song from Deerhunter.

Wicklow Wolf are teaming up with Kentucky-based Rabbit Hole distillery to bring something very unique: Kentucky Common. It's a rare style to brew these days, and this is the first of its kind brewed in Wicklow. Let's find out how this beer matured in the barrels!

Brewed for John's (Head of Production) 40th birthday - and we are joining to cheers with the latest, fresh-off-the-canning-line release. Brewed and dry-hopped with a quartet of hops: Amarillo, Bravo, Galaxy & Strata CGX. The result is a harmonious fruity aromas and flavours, sitting on a malty backbone, finished with a strong, bitter bite.

Ireland meets Italy! A collaboration with Lucky Brews from Vicenza. This juicy IPA, heavily hopped and dry-hopped with Phantasm+Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and El Dorado, truly places a bowl of fruit salad on the table. Peach, pineapple, mandarin, pear, and even more tropical notes are released with every sip.

PISCO SOUR

Inspired by Pisco. Pisco? It's a distilled fermented grape juice renowned in Peru and Chile. This Sour New England IPA was brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra hops, and lime juice to add a sour touch. It's higher in the alcohol volume, dangerously hidden behind the juiciness of this brew!

A generous amount of hops is packed in a very approachable and relatively easy alcohol volume. It is brewed with Chinook, Azzaca, Comet, and Citra, creating a rich mouthfeel that delivers piney and floral notes with only a small touch of maltiness and bitterness.

Yet another comeback of beer due to popular demand! Therapy is a New Zealand IPA brewed with Belfast's stars, Bullhouse Brew Co. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hop combination creates flavours of gooseberry, white grape and tropical fruit in an enjoyable and smooth mouthfeel.

The first limited edition rolled out from Cork after the exciting announcement earlier this year—Eight Degrees is back in the hands of the OG duo Cam and Scott! Marking the occasion with a classic German Wheat beer, DéJá Vu is a dance between fruity and spicy, with an added layer of tropical sweetness from dry-hopping with Mandarina Bavaria hops.

STRAWBERRY VANILLA SHAKE

One of the most iconic releases from Inchicore's finest: Strawberry Vanilla Shake by Rascals. The perfect balance between hoppy and sweet: Citra and Mosaic on one hand, bringing a swing of bitterness, and Strawberry purée, Vanilla and lactose to sweeten the deal. Pretty rich mouthfeel, yet still refreshing.
