BARREL-AGED DARK SOUR

This is the first release in a new partnership with Niall Davidson's Allta restaurant. This dark sour has been aged for three years in French Oak Cognac Casks. Strong character from the oak and Cognac, notes of cherry and other dark, fruitcake-like flavours, all finishing with a satisfyingly sharp, sour accent.

SWOON DIPA

Whiplash team are re-brewing some of the most popular releases - and Swoon is definitely one of them. We are travelling back to October 2021 to experience a hoppy combination of Vic Secret and Chinook, and you can expect a juicy outburst of tropical fruits lying on a soft pillow of bitterness.

We may be getting into a proper spring/summer season soon, but there is always an occasion for a good, full-bodied stout. Dark Stuff is an Extra Milk Stout with an extra kick of 7.5% ABV. It's amazing to see the stouts being easily available all year round, and this is one to search for.

BATCH XVIII

The Rum Red Dark series is something to be excited about occasionally, but it has become a staple in Dot Brew's portfolio. This one claims to be the boldest one in the series to this date. Aged in Whiskey (ex-Rum) barrels and coming at a warming 12% ABV. Out now!

INTERGALACTIC IPA

Outer Place are going nostalgic on this one - and all our wishes came true with the re-brew of the first-ever beer released by one of the youngest breweries in Ireland. Intergalactic is back, and this time with a cryo twist: using Cryo Citra and Cryo Ekuanot hops. Intergalactic 2.0 is tasting great!

SILENT ORBIT

This is a creative, hoppy twist on a traditional brown ale. There are not enough brown ales, and Silent Orbit is filling the gap. American Brown Ale uses the hop combination of Idaho 7, Ekuanot, and Galaxy. Expect a soft caramel and chocolate malty flavours, balanced with a fruity and pine hoppy side.

ELECTRIC AVENUE #6

This is number 6 in the Electric Avenue Series, the line that experiments with hoppy combinations and the latest hop trends. This nice and easy-drinking IPA plays with Citra Cryo, Mosaic Spectrum, and Ekuanot fusion, resulting in a bright flavour, rich aroma, and balanced bitterness.

HOPE BEER

BREWERS EDITION

Experimenting with cryogenic hops: Citra, Hope's favourite hop of all time, and Centennial. The result is a blend of citrus, passion fruit, and grapefruit flavours, nicely balanced with piney and resin notes and a good amount of bitterness. Despite the higher ABV, this DIPA drinks too easily.

LOUGH GILL x BAXBIER

GONE SURFING

Lough Gill teamed up with Baxbier (from the Netherlands), and their Tropical Hazy IPA is finally out! This is the perfect beverage to mark the official start of the long stretch in the evenings and getting our hopes up for a decent summer this year. Hop combo: Mosaic, Centennial, Vic Secret and Strata CGX.
